You should look into animation in Photoshop, its allot more userfriendly.
Check out KLfiretears tutorials on photoshop animation they are an awesome help.

ah really? I've tried drawing the frames in photoshop and then importing them in to flash; I find it rlly tiring though.. (now I only animate icons in photoshop)

What I like about this animation:
1. The design is freaking awesome. Her clothes look unique and so is her hair design! Moreover, the colours fit well with each other - they are in harmony!
2. The movements of her face, hair, clothes and the sketched arm
3. The shading is so nice, especially the blush and the eyes look good!
4. Cuteness-OVERLOAD

Or to to make it short: I simply love it. Enough said.
