wow, another non chibi illustration from me? Maybe I'm finally getting comfortable doing this...

I hope you all have a lovely Christmas! For me this year has been a year of maturity and artistic progress. I worked very hard on this piece to make sure I wasn't too late and that it was a step up from previous xmas drawings. I actually had a more complex bg in mind, but I had to go for something more simple because I'm already spending time with my family and I only have my laptop/tablet on hand.. (which started giving me serious lag about halfway through) so I had to merge my layers and paint the rest in.. so excuse the roughness of the bg! I tried to pretty it up to compensate.

I haven't gotten results for my essay yet, but I got a B for my main project, and I think my essay should do well too so I'm really happy! I'm going to enjoy staying in until January when I go back to uni, so I wish you all a nice Christmas/Holiday and I hope we can all look optimistically towards 2018. Thank you for your support this year <33 even if I don't reply I deeply appreciate everything.

I am simply put amazed how much you've improved! Your colouring and shading is especially amazing, you've grown so much (I legit want to cry about how amazing your art progess has been this year! You seriously go girl!)!
I know holidays are a busy season for all of us but I really adore this picture to bits!
This year had up and downs for us but I really think 2017 was a good year for us and I am so happy to call myself a friend of yours QOQ
I hope I can keep up to support you art wise and of course as a friend!
